The MacBook mut be using most current version operating system or most recent previous one (1) version earlier.
Must provide a USB HDD for purposes of running Time Machine.
Students must maintain the computer in proper operating condition (i.e. functional and without any damage preventing proper operation)
Student computers must meet and maintain minimum software requirements*
Loaner computers are for the duration of repairs required (up to a maximum period of one-week)
Procedures will be established for printing costs
AUP needs to include expectations that all users will use fully legal and licensed software.
